In this modern era, where appearance means anything, people often think that they need to be in a good shape and they often do anything to make them look good. If you forget the menu or violate the menu you have to get started from the very beginning again. This diet program has a very strict rule and it only can be done once a year. But, if you are success to finish their schedule and menu this diet program guarantee that you will lose over 7 kg and your body will never be fat anymore.
