Enjoying Cholesterol Diet


It is widely known that cholesterol problems could cause many health problems that are very dangerous such as heart attack, high blood pressure, cancer, and stroke. In spite of  this fact, people still think that there is no need to control their diet. They think that we only live once, and we have to enjoy this life. They think controlling diet for  healthy life is just the waste of time. Actually, to live a healthy life is one way to enjoy this short life. We really can’t enjoy our life by suffer for diseases. That’s why cholesterol diet is needed in order to live healthy.

Actually, cholesterol diet is not as scary as it sounds. We only need to avoid food with high-fat food and saturated fat. For example, we eat less red meat and change it with fish and sea food. We could eat less fried food and change it with steamed food or boiled food. We could reduce our stocks of cupcakes and change it with grapes, orange, and apples. We can stop eat proteins from nuts, and change it with mushrooms.

Eating a lot of fruit and vegetables also works in our cholesterol diet planning. Don’t forget to eat a lot colored fruit because it contains many vitamins and nutrition we need.  We could make it to be juices and salads, but don’t put a lot of mayonnaise on it because mayonnaise contains a lot of saturated fat.

Creativity in serving the meal is needed too. Cook well could help you to maintain your cholesterol diet. Healthy nutrition in a plate of nice meal is very good, because it could help you to eat the vegetables you hate. For example, you could make yellow noodle from wheat that is colored with carrots. Although you hate carrot, you could still get the nutrition by hiding it in your favorite meal.
