  2. Although I got this book as a textbook for a PE class, I have to admit that I find the information up-to-date and pertinent (how many texts do you know that use Tiger Woods as an example?) For the most part (I tend to be “out there” as far as health/nutrition/wellness beliefs)I found the information to be accurate and interesting.
