So far I’m enjoying the book…very informational!
I recommend it even to individuals who are not taking a Health or PE class.

Although I got this book as a textbook for a PE class, I have to admit that I find the information up-to-date and pertinent (how many texts do you know that use Tiger Woods as an example?) For the most part (I tend to be “out there” as far as health/nutrition/wellness beliefs)I found the information to be accurate and interesting.

The book was in great condition. All labs were intact. The information is useful for a basic health related class.
